Hollywood is turning to Block & Company, Inc., Realtors once again for filming locations.

Broken Ones, starring Terrence Howard and Kate Bosworth, recently filmed at Block & Company's headquarters in the historic Skelly Building on the Country Club Plaza. The production joins a growing list of film projects choosing Block-managed properties as filming locations.

In late 2024, Boris is Dead, starring Dane Cook, was also filmed in the Skelly Building and at other Block & Company-managed properties throughout the Kansas City area.

"We're excited to continue working with filmmakers and production companies to showcase Kansas City on the big screen," said David M. Block, President and Principal of Block & Company, Inc., Realtors. "We look forward to helping bring even more film and television projects to the region in the years ahead."
