- I am wife to an amazing man, and a proud mother of two handsome boys - Lazaro age 7 & Sebastian age 5! Between military and government employment, we have had the opportunity to move quite a bit - with our most recent stop here in KC!

I have a successful health and fitness business that I started 3 years ago from the comfort of my own home, Lizzette The Fitness Foodie Mom.
