This page usually posts heartfelt posts about our tenants, employees, vendors, holidays, etc... But you know who doesn't get enough recognition? Our incredible maintenance team!! And this year, we brought back a fan favorite event... MAINTENANCE MANIA!!!!
An event so CRAZY, we only host it once a year! When the event starts, anticipation is running high and the tension is starting to bubble over! This team of handymen, once co-workers, heck, once good friends, now have one thing on their minds! Be swift! Be precise! And be the BEST!! And boy, they did not disappoint! With intensity running high and the clock ticking down, that's when your fortitude is truly tested!
I wish I could say a champion was crowned this day, but to put it simply, the numbers were too close! Perhaps in 2027, a true SPM Maintenance Mania Champion will be crowned! But until then, a big thank you to all participants and all vendors who donated gifts! And another thank you to Lexington Plumbing for donating lunch!
