Sometimes client gifts just REALLY go above and beyond.....well these gifts did JUST that!!! They knew I love bourbon/whiskey....so I got a cool bottle from West Bottoms Whiskey Co. in Kansas City!! I also got this really neat personalized candle that says "Kris Smith-Real Estate Magician" 🤣 AND I got a gift card for a massage!! But the one that really was the icing on the cake.....saltwater pearls from a recent trip to China (long and short strand)!!! I have always said I get to live vicariously through their international travels!! I just don't feel worthy!!

I truly am blessed to be able to do what I do every day.....but to be thanked in a way like this is just so very meaningful because I know thought went into each and every gift! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the gifts......I appreciate them ALL......but more importantly for your friendship and your loyalty in this business!! SO VERY GRATEFUL!!!!

WOWZA........when you and your clients are LITERALLY stressing out all weekend because they have been looking at houses for MONTHS with a contingency situation and getting beat out......FINALLY decide to bite the bullet and put their house on the market.....get a full price offer right out the chute (which I told them would happen 😉) then we stress because this beauty (BTW the BEST house we have seen all along in our house hunting expedition)......gets 7 offers and we FINALLY get the call that we edge out the others by $500!!! YES.........$500! WHEW! This my friends is what you call a NAIL BITER!! All in God's Time.....their puzzle is all coming together just as it was supposed to!! And I could NOT be more excited for this sweet family!!
