📣Yep, we’re growing, and looking for the right agent to join our team! Looking to join a top producing northland team? The perfect candidate would be:
- excited to meet potential buyers at high end open houses
- a self starter that wants to plug into a working system
- Someone energetic but patient
- A people person who loves to talk! Bonus if you’re already active in community groups (pta, hoa, rotary, BNI, etc)
- someone with sales background (retail, serving, car industry, leasing, inside sales - are all a plus!)
- ideally already licensed in real estate but looking to grow their prospecting opportunities (we will also consider individuals not licensed yet but with a background in commission based sales.)
