Here are some quick winter home reminders: keep the heat on, let faucets drip if needed, open cabinet doors under sinks on exterior walls, and bring pets inside. Important Clay County Tax Deadline Update

Due to delays cause by the implementation of the new Senior Real Estate Property Tax Relief Program (SB190), many residents received their tax bills later than anticipated.

As a result, the payment deadline for the due date for Clay County Real Estate AND Personal Property tax bills has been extended to January 30, 2026.

✔️ No penalties or interest if paid by the extended deadline
✔️ Payment by check, cashier’s check, or money order for SB190 parcels
✔️ All other tax bills not enrolled in the Senior Real Estate Property Tax Relief program, including commercial, personal property, and real estate may be paid online.
