While there were slightly fewer homes available and fewer overall sales than a year ago, buyers and sellers are still making moves with confidence. Homes sold in an average of just 39 days, sellers received 98.8% of their asking price, and the average sales price remained above $400,000.

From Online Search to Honeymoon Negotiations — Kevin & Sophia’s Home Story 🏡💙
