Been talking with this client for a while, but he finally was ready to pull the trigger! We started seriously looking for him and within a week we found this one, he flew in from CA to look at it with us, and we got it under contract under asking with the seller paying 2% in seller paid closing costs.

He will also be using me as his property manager creating an even stronger relationship! 👏
