Congratulations to two of my clients for going under contract! ๐๐ก๐
Everything seemed to align perfectly for my buyers. After staying patient through a long search, they found the most perfect renovated 1910 homeโfull of charm, character, and so much special meaning. โค๏ธ
My other client has worked so hard to bring an outdated true ranch back to life. They put so much time and care into the renovations, creating beautiful modern updates and an open living space that was truly eye-catching. Hard work paid off and we had an offer right away! ๐
Iโm so excited for both of my clients and grateful to be a part of these next chapters for them!
Now, itโs time to get through inspections, appraisals, final underwriting, and all the little steps in between before we get to official closing day! ๐
