Hi friends,
As part of our new Eastbrook Studios we are going to be having a micro retail location.

We are wanting most of what we sell to be creative, different, fit with the vibe of a yoga studio and wellness, but most importantly local.

When picking a property that is NNN (triple net leases) it is important to look at multiple things when figuring the monthly rent. NNN leases have external operating expenses that will be on top of your monthly base rent.

Base rent + operating expenses = total monthly cost
