π Hillcrest Estates dinner inspiration! ππ₯ Try our Pan-Seared Chicken with Herb Tomato Sauce & Green Beans!
*Ingredients*
- 4 chicken breasts (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
*Method*
1. Season chicken with salt & pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear chicken 5β6 min per side until golden and cooked through. Remove & set aside.
2. In same pan, add butter, garlic, green beans, and red pepper. SautΓ© 3β4 min until beans are tender.
3. Add cherry tomatoes, basil, rosemary, broth, and balsamic vinegar. Simmer 2β3 min to form a sauce.
4. Return chicken to pan, spoon sauce over it, and heat 1 min.
5. Plate chicken on a bed of green beans, top with tomatoβherb mixture and fresh rosemary garnish.
Serve hot and enjoy! π
