Realtor toys! 😂 Last couple of listing appointments the square footage on the tax record didn't match the actual square footage (either the owner built in extra rooms or the city forgot the whole second floor of the house 😮). An old fashioned tape measurer is awkward and requires 2 people. Thankfully they invented these things! You just hold it against a wall and it measures the length of a room! So exited to try it out!
