Results come from effort and work. Remember, the results don’t have to be huge. Maybe it’s an extra rep or two in the circuit or loading heavier. Maybe it’s one or two more prospective client calls. Maybe it’s completing something that’s been challenging you. Your strength is in the little results we tend to overlook!

Another truth from in one of the many strength classes she guides me through.

Stop living for everyone else’s idea of you!

As I reflect on this tidbit, I find it interesting that I never really lived this until I gave up alcohol. I thought drinking eased my social anxiety. WRONG! It actually made it worse.

The majority of the time, we make up our own stories of what others think of us - I know I did. Don’t put energy into things that don’t replenish your energy!

Zellige (zell-idge) originated in Morocco. These tiles are handcrafted from clay then glazed and fired. The result is a surface with various irregularities giving each piece a unique look. With its texture and light refracting glaze, even a white zellige tile can elevate a backsplash or shower.
