Just like no 2 people are alike it’s the same when it comes to houses! Everyone’s needs, likes and wants are different! Some people cannot stand the thought of yard work and repairs….while some thrive n that environment!

But regardless of what your desired house looks like one thing is still common….OWN it don’t RENT it! Renting puts your hard earned money in the hands of your landlord! Owning puts the money right back into your pocket in the form of equity!

Buyers listen up! There are NO perfect houses, just like there are NO perfect people! Someone asked…won’t I have less problems with new construction? Ummm, nope not necessarily. New construction Homes are very similar to bringing home a new baby. That house has not settled, you still need to do an inspection to make sure everything was completed properly, and things just naturally break overtime.

So while there are no perfect houses, there is the perfect house for YOU out there!  You just have to keep these few things in mind while you’re shopping.
