Just Sold! Thank you Bruce and family for trusting me selling your moms house! We first went to the market without any updates and quickly pivoted after a strong response from buyers saying they wanted ‘move in ready.’ Three sort weeks later we were back on the market and got a strong offer that closed in three short weeks.
