Closing day is always a little bittersweet 💛

There’s so much joy watching a new family sign the papers and step into a home that’s officially theirs. New memories, new beginnings, new chapters - it never gets old being part of that moment.

But at the same time, it’s hard to say goodbye to the daily texts, the showings, the laughter, and the journey we shared along the way. What starts as a transaction so quickly turns into something more.

Grateful for every family who trusts me with such a big chapter in their lives… even if I wish we didn’t have to stop seeing each other all the time 😊
