Well, this is INTERESTING… 🧐🍂

Fall brought more than cooler weather in 2022 and 2023. Average 30-year mortgage rates hit their highest points of the year:

📈 7.08% in October 2022, and again in November
📈 7.79% in October 2023

During those years, the Feds raised their benchmark rate to help fight inflation.

Does that mean lower mortgage rates are coming this spring? Nobody can promise that. Two years don’t make a seasonal rule, but that history gives me a little hope. 🤞
