Us, from about 200 feet up 🌱

If you've driven Old Stagecoach lately, this is what's been happening behind the fence. Drainage and water lines in the ground, lots graded out, and our first streets paved!

Not much to look at yet, we know. But those rows you can see will be streets before long, with cottages and front porches on both sides. ☺️

We'll keep you posted as we grow... and we're so glad you're here early!

A brand new Dillons grocery store was just approved near Highway 152 in Kansas City’s Northland! You'll be able to find it right across from the 76-acre Central Bank Sporting Complex and Costco.

Groceries, youth sports, everyday errands - all just minutes from Bluestem at Stagecoach. The Northland keeps adding reasons to love it, and we couldn’t be happier to be building right in the middle of it all. 🌾

🌮 TikiTaco— KC's beloved Cal-Mex spot is officially north of the river! The Northland's first location just opened at 9711 N. Ash Ave., with a second coming to Metro North later this year.

🎉 NRG Adventure Park — A 46,000 square foot all-ages indoor adventure park is coming to the former Macy's building at Metro North Crossing in late 2026. Yes, really.

🍕 Imo's Pizza — St. Louis-style thin crust with Provel cheese has arrived at 8502 N. Jefferson St.

🥤 Swig — The fan-favorite dirty soda shop is already open at 8544 N. Jefferson St.
