Our manager retreat was such a good reminder of how lucky I am to be part of this team. ❤️ I’m so grateful to co-lead our Plaza team with Jessica Burch and to work alongside such an incredible group of people. Rob, our staff, and our teammates truly make this team something special. We got to know each other better, share ideas, talk about what’s ahead, and had a A LOT of fun along the way. And they did. They were prepared, responsive, and ended up closing one full week ahead of an already-quick closing schedule — which was a dream for my seller.
