Weekly clean up of common areas and grounds at each commercial property.

Several new real estate projects in which demolition work is needed.

Assist in HVAC operations, upgrades, across the portfolio.

Keep detailed records of all MEP for all buildings and build outs.

Maintain all common areas and understand maintenance necessities for such.

Responds to all maintenance requests by tenants in a timely manner.

Brain Group is looking for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Maintenance & HVAC Lead to join our team. Locally owned, we are a tech-forward management, brokerage, and development company. We own & manage over 400k sq ft of office and 60k sq ft of retail. Internally, there are many opportunities to grow your career and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Understand all technical and mechanical operations of buildings in our portfolio.

Supervision of all regularly scheduled maintenance of HVAC, elevators, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, plumbing, boilers, electrical and landscaping, etc.

Monitor, understand, and maintain security systems, key card access, and all electronic and computer based system.

Maintain and understand HVAC operations, upgrades, across the portfolio.

Keep detailed records of all MEP for all buildings and build outs.

Maintain all common areas and understand maintenance necessities for such.

Responds to all maintenance requests by tenants in a timely manner.

Even replacing light bulbs, minor painting and touch-up, other various similar tasks as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

5+ years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Must have a valid driver license and vehicle insurance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
