KW North is raising donations (money and/or food pantry items) to support KC schools — helping eliminate school lunch debt, stock school pantries, and support students beyond the classroom.

I care deeply about this because no child should ever have to worry about being hungry. 🫶 Every meal matters. 🍽️ Even a small donation can make a meaningful difference for students and families in our community.

This one has been challenging (to say the least 😅), but we’ve worked through every hurdle with teamwork 🤝, communication 📞, and a whole lot of persistence 💪🏡

When the buyer’s agent takes a moment to say things like:

Yesterday was all prep… but TODAY? The magic happened. 🍀🏡💥

I got TWO amazing families under contract — and each story made my whole heart explode. ❤️‍🔥

👵👴 First up: my sweet seller couple (who I’ve absolutely adopted as bonus grandparents at this point).

Today we celebrated a HUGE milestone — getting their home under contract so they can move forward into the next chapter of life with comfort, ease, and main-level living. 🏡✨

They are the kindest, most thoughtful people, and helping them take this step was such a joy. 💛

And THEN…

🏡💍 My buyer couple — snagging their first home together!

He’s relocating from 🌴 California to KC to finally live full-time with his long-time girlfriend.

A new home + a new chapter = pure magic. ✨❤️

But the story of getting this offer accepted… buckle up. 🎬⏱️

We submitted late last night, and starting at 7 AM this morning, the listing agent and I were in constant communication — negotiating, strategizing, and staying locked in for my buyers in a wild multiple-offer situation. 📱🤝🔥

There were DOZENS of showings… competition was intense…

and then — MINUTES after we sent over signatures for the verbally agreed terms —
