June statistics were just published from the Heartland MLS and here is what the Greater Kansas City Area looks like for last month!

Lower month of inventory (below 4 months) means that buyers outnumber the amount of homes that are currently on the market, so there's slightly more competition for buyers; however, homes are on the market for about a month and the average sale price of homes has increased by 4.4%.

Note that these are statistics will vary quite a bit due to depending on the ZIP CODE you're interested in! If you're curious about a specific one, let me know! :)
