At 19, I fell down a mountain at Yosemite and almost died. That moment completely changed everything and I made a promise that I'd commit my life to using the gifts God put in me.
That led me to real estate investing. But not the typical landlord game that keeps you trapped and stressed out. I discovered owner financing, where instead of managing tenants, you become the bank. You help families who can't get traditional loans achieve homeownership while you collect monthly payments for years.
Over the past 5 years, I've built a $12M portfolio that generates $100k+ monthly. Helped over 70 families own homes, and I work about 25 hours a week, spending months in Thailand with my family because the blueprint runs without me.
But here's the thing… Making money is just the vehicle. What I really care about is breaking free from systems that keep us working hard and never getting anywhere. Creating wealth AND having time to actually live the life you want. The freedom to live authentically, to be vulnerable in my growth, and to create spaces where others can do the same.
