Blaine and Mollie have the keys to their first home🏡✨

Last family Thanksgiving, they told me they wanted to buy but weren't sure where to start. Their lease wasn't up yet, so we had a consultation and made a plan.

When they were ready, they got pre-approved and found a home they fell in love with. We submitted an offer, and then a storm revealed water damage. Nobody saw it coming… not even the seller.

Walking away from that one felt like a loss at the time.

I am a strong believer that what we often perceive as “loss” is sometimes God’s way of protection.

A few showings later, they found the real ONE 🥰

They walked away with keys in hand before their lease was even up, with $7,000 in closing costs covered and $1,000 back at closing!

Getting to walk through this with Blaine and Mollie has been such a blessing! Not just because I got to be a part of the process, but because they trusted me with such a big milestone.

From watching rent rise… to first time homeowners in just 2 weeks 🏡 🔑

These two are church friends of mine and getting to walk through this process with them was such a blessing 🤍

After seeing rent jump from $1300 to $1700 a month on rentals, they knew buying made more sense.
