Garden Island Properties LLC is a family owned and operated Real Estate and Property Management business on the Island of Kauai in Hawaii.

The company was founded by Greg and Sue Strickland in 1992 and just a few months later, Hurricane Iniki hit Kauai when Greg was renovating the office. Sue took the business to their home temporarily, while Greg remodeled the office and the doors opened for business prior to the end of 1993 located in Waipouli, Kapa’a.

Greg has been a licensed realtor since 1986 and Sue since 1991; both are licensed Brokers. They are the proud parents of 3 children and 4 grandchildren. Daughter, Kanani joined the company in 2015 after working in the finance industry for 12 years and is now a licensed real estate Broker and works in Property Management. Most recently Sarah Bach Cater has been a welcoming addition to the ohana with over 12+ years in the hospitality industry.

Garden Island Properties LLC specializes in Vacation Rental Property Management and General Real Estate Brokerage and has proudly been in business in the same location for over 27 years. We look forward to having you stay with us!
