Another day, another damn that's going to be expensive. Oh well out with the old in with the new, the burnt wood is from a fire a tenant had that got out of control. No damage to main structure.

Cleaning out another dirty rental property to get it ready for new and improved tenants. Nothing like a day of hardwork with my son.

Evictions are ugly, the last thing a landlord wants to do. Wasted money, on both ends the renter has added expenses for moving the landlord has loss rent and expenses from cleaning and removing left items and trash.
Just wanted to give some insight into the process we hate, but it's something that has to be done when rent isn't paid, and rules of the lease are broken.
