The team hard at work. Changed a smoke alarm, did a 6 month walk thru and replaced a bad ring door bell all before 11Am. Then 4 showing and 2 lease renewals and a new lease. All on a Saturday. A good calendar, policy and procedures and a worker like Liza and we can accomplish anythings@. .

HPD provides stats for the entire district but I don’t think that is the best we can do. We need stats on what is going on in our villages. I pulled this form the Crime map and is easier accessible to anyone.
I show that Village 1 has the most crime reported and the time for patrols are 5-11 and 12-5 PM.

Of course crime always happens but if you need to focus these would be the times in my mind.
