een dreaming of. Throughout his career, Jim has assisted clients here in Hawai’i as well as in Texas and Guam. In Guam, Jim received the first-hand experience in the residential aspect of real estate and dealt with clients who lived both on the island and abroad. He then took his expertise to Dallas, Texas where he worked as an agent on behalf of KB Home and Centex Corporation. During this time in his career, Jim found that his strengths were collaborating with individuals and families looking for homes in subdivisions and new residential construction. Jim was honored for his work as a multi-million-dollar producer by being presented with numerous customer service awards. Originally from Fort Worth, Texas, Jim moved to Guam in 1990 for a decade before returning back to the mainland where he continuously practiced real estate. Since 2004, Jim has called O’ahu home for him and his family and is currently settled down in Mililani. With his two sons being Hapa, he feels that their family fits in seamlessly due to the strong community ties the Hawaiian lifestyle provides. Jim gives back to his beloved community by volunteering as an AYSO soccer coach and joining in on group beach clean-ups. When not practicing real estate, you can find Jim participating in various hobbies such as playing in his softball league, swimming in the ocean, hiking with his sons and dog. Jim also enjoys traveling and has already visited some of the most beautiful parts of Asia, Micronesia, Palau, and Indonesia.
