Aloha Lagoons, window treatments got a nice upgrade to plantation shutters. Controlling the privacy and light, really has made a big difference! We also upgraded TV’s in the rooms, and did lots of little things, like organize and clean up the mechanical closet, hang mops and brooms in laundry center, and some much needed storage in the garage. 😍
Owning a VRBO it’s always nice to stay and access everything in your place, upgrade or replace as necessary and really live your guest experience.

We had Plantation Shutters installed, and it’s made a big difference in the front guest room! Light, and Privacy at the same time! Here the beds are made up as a king bed, or it can be 2 twins. The headboards are affixed to the wall, so a pretty easy transition. We installed a new bigger and a nice leather ottoman. I also added a few new art pieces for the walls. 🥰

Getting closer! I ❤️spending time in my vacay rental, because the more I do, the more I see the flaws In my space. I get to “live” like most guest do. Grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning, doing laundry, and just plain living. Since we are a 30 day rental, most guest are here for 30 days min. Some 60, some 90, and the exceptional 180😍❤️ ( u know who u r ) 🌺
I love seeing flaws, because it means I can do better!
I’ve been using the guest bath, for the last 2 weeks, and appreciate the time, to see how I can improve that space! 😍😁
