Virtual showings with Buyers this week in some of Honolulu’s finest luxury high-rise condominiums landed us at The Collection in Kaka’ako. This is one of my favorite buildings and it’s mainly because of the Paw Wash station amenity. 🐾❤️💯🏡

has taught me so much since I joined last July. Every week or two weeks we do a private coaching session to go over my current goals and strategies to achieve them. Twice a week we practice dialog so I will be ready for any worthy opportunity that presents itself to me. But what I appreciate more than anything, is how much fun we have when we do it. Without fail, we’re cracking up while cracking jokes about the recent ridiculousness that we witnessed. Life is too short to take it too seriously. Side note, Sellers. I first learned about the Ward Village community in 2014 with my friend before I became a real estate agent. Howard Hughes has 60 acres of prime Honolulu real estate where they are building 14 residential towers right near the ocean. Price per square foot for these brand new, uber luxury units are beginning to mimic cities like San Francisco and Manhattan. Simply helping one client purchase one of these condos would drastically change any real estate agent’s financial trajectory. Happy to say that after almost 6 years in my Hawaii Real Estate career, I am now helping a mainland investor purchase one of these amazing units. The project will not be completed for a few years but when it is, we’ll be there! If you know of anyone interested in learning more about the Ward Village community in Honolulu, please let me know.
