Aloha everyone—it’s been a while since I’ve posted on here.
Life, family, and work kept me busy, but I’m getting back into helping people navigate the Oahu real estate market again.
If you’ve been here a while, you already know—this market is different. High prices, limited inventory, and things move fast.
If you’re active duty, a veteran using a VA loan, or a local family trying to figure out if buying even makes sense here—I’m here as a resource. No pressure, just real guidance based on what’s actually happening on island.
