When we first met our clients, we knew they would be so fun 🙌🏽 to work with because they knew exactly what they wanted 👍🏼 and they were on a mission 🏡🏢🏬for us to find it.

Luckily we found this gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo that was featured in this months issue of Home and Remodel magazine. The coolest thing was seeing these long time renters reactions 🥰when we broke the news that their offer was accepted 🎉🙌🏽.

As , it’s important to walk our clients through every step of the process as it can be very overwhelming. We never want our clients to feel blindsided or misinformed during the transaction. If you’re going through the process, know that it’s okay to ask questions of your realtor as it is their responsibility to either know the answer or seek out the answer for you.
