Golf course frontage is rare in new-construction West Oʻahu, and Kealiʻi by Gentry has it on nearly every lot. Sixty-six single-family homes line the Kapolei Golf Course, most of them four-bedroom, two-story homes with the fairway as the back yard view. The developer sold out years ago, which means every home available here today is a resale, and they do not come up often.
