Happy 4th Anniversary! Words cannot express the beauty of this woman, inside and out. God has given her the most loving, joy(😉)ful, and God fearing heart of anyone I’ve ever met. 🏡 Oahu housing market update, check it out 🌟

〰️ July 2023 〰️

Single Family Homes:
- Number of sales down 28.2%.
- Days on Market slight increase to 16 days.
- Median Sale Price down only 1.6% from last year.
- Nearly 53% of the homes closed for full asking price or more.
- Number of new listings down 28.8%.
- Active inventory increased 2.6%.
- Pending sales totaled 247 during the month.

Ewa Plain, Waipahu, and Pearl City experienced increased contract signings of 18.5%, 18.8%, and 13.3% respectively.

Condos:
- Number of sales down 18.5%.
- Days on Market slight increase to 16 days.
- Median Sale Price remains at $500,000.
- 47% of the condos closed for full asking price or more.
- Number of new listings down 15.4%.
- Active inventory increased by 9.9%.
- Pending sales totaled 421 during the month.

The Leeward Region stood out for condos, experiencing a 92.3% increase in contract signings from this time last year.

Ewa Plain condo Pending sales remained the same, but increased by 38.2% from June to July.
