Jared comes to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices as an Associate Broker with over 21 years of expertise in the real estate industry. Jared is an extremely effective communicator and his negotiation skills make him an incredible asset to all of his clients as well as the BHHS team. "I'm a master at making my clients feel that they are my ONLY client, thus providing a smooth and enjoyable real estate transaction", Jared says. Prior to joining BHHS, Jared generated more than $100 million in sales and closed over 3,000 rental transactions. Jared designed and created a successful training program for hundreds of agents and oversaw exclusive rental and sales transactions from major management companies, whose portfolio includes 3,500 apartments throughout New York. Jared also worked at another boutique brokerage where he opened and managed a new office, overseeing a staff of 35 trained sales associates, thus positively impacting the company's overall growth through sales and office expansion. A graduate of Syracuse University with a Bachelor's degree in English, Jared currently resides in Westchester County. Jared is a member of the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors and is certified in Construction Project Management.
