Starting at Upper Westchester Real Estate in Bedford Hills, Janice quickly became successful in serving her clients move to and from single family homes. Then she went on to become an expert in new construction, handling sales of large projects for big developers. Some of these projects are listed below:

Ms. Lanza thrived in the building industry, building long-term relationships with the buyers, coordinating the selections and bringing the parties to the closing table successfully. In painstakingly servicing the needs of the buyers, she developed excellent reputations for the builders. It was a win-win situation for all! Janice invested in her product; buying rental properties that she personally redesigned and renovated. More recently, she was awarded her certification in commercial and investment properties (CIRE) in addition to CRS, in order to better serve her investor/clients. Her passion for renovation brought her to Green Demolitions, where she excelled at designing kitchens for customers in Norwalk CT. Through social media and the intricacies of SEO (search engine optimization) as an assistant to the president at Elephant’s Trunk in Mt. Kisco, where she increased traffic to the company web site by 30% in one year! Now, as a Power Agent, she applies all her skills to servicing clients with their Real Estate needs.
