The hardest thing right now is finding affordable housing for first-time home buyers! I have been searching around the west side of the Greater Houston Area and came across Vanbrooke. It's a master-planned community out towards Brookshire, off of Waller and I-10. Come check it out for yourself and let them know I sent you!
