Congratulations to our First Time Home Buyers for securing this absolutely amazing New Construction Meritage Home in Sanford Farms! 🎉

Last month when we closed on another amazing Meritage Home our Buyers went and visited their family member’s new home. The second they walked inside they said we want one of these homes!

They contacted us that night and the next day we were already out in the community viewing homes. We toured few different floorplans but when we visited this one we knew it was the one!

Being close to family, having ample living space, living on a cul-de-sac, having a water view and no side neighbor on one side, made this home exactly what they were looking for!

We are so excited to get this one to the Closing table and for them to make this house their own! 🎉

Congratulations to our First Time Home Buyers for securing this stunning New Construction Meritage Home! 🎉

We met these Buyers at an Open House in March of 2025. We went and toured some homes and found the exact floorplan that the entire family fell in love with.

The only thing that stood in the way from securing the home at the time was a job transfer. We kept in touch throughout the past year and all of a sudden one day we got a call from them!

The job transfer came in and job offer letters were already in hand giving us the green light to go on the house hunt again!

Within a few hours we were able to find the perfect home which also came with a stunning water view that the family is already obsessed with!!

We are so excited for this family to soon receive the keys to their new home and start their new journey here. We are so incredibly honored to have been a part of this special moment 🤍
