Vulnerable post today… ❤️
Lately, I’ve been feeling a bit burned out.
Not from helping clients. That part I absolutely love. 🥰 It’s the constant pressure of feeling like I always have to be “on.”
As Realtors, we’re told we need to post every day, stay visible, create content, attract followers, engage constantly, and somehow “fit” ourselves into an algorithm that decides what people should see.
Some days it feels overwhelming.
I know I should be sharing beautiful homes, market updates, and all the wins. And trust me, I love celebrating those moments. But sometimes I wonder if that’s really what people connect with most anymore.
The people who know me in real life know I’m more than a Realtor. I’m a wife, a mom, a friend, a community builder, a lover of travel and adventure, and someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people.
Sometimes I feel like social media only shows a tiny piece of who I am.
The truth is, the relationships I’ve built have never come from a perfectly curated post. They’ve come from conversations, laughter, community events, coffee dates, bingo nights, neighborhood gatherings, and simply being myself.
So if you’ve stuck around here, thank you. Thank you for seeing me as a person. As Traci Fields.
I’m still going to share homes, client wins, and real estate tips because I love what I do. But I also want to share more of the things that make me… me.
Because at the end of the day, houses are important, but people will always matter more. ❤️
