This month I had another closing, helped multiple sweet families into rental homes, and began house hunting for some new clients. I’m beyond thrilled for what the rest of 2023 will bring and I truly can’t wait to help more clients navigate the market this spring + summer.

It’s insane that I can wake up every morning and do what I love. Surreal that I can quite literally guide people to their futures. Ok, real talk.

Can we not believe everything your neighbor or that online valuation tool says about what your home is worth in 2023?

Sure, the median home sales price was up 10.2% in 2022 over 2021, but this is a whole new year and a whole new market.

The only way to know for sure what your home is worth is by talking to a local agent who knows your neighborhood and can pull recent comps (keyword= recent) and give you the real deal on where the market is this spring.
