We got weepy on this one at closing. 🥹 Trusting God's wisdom as the world had curve balls.

They had selected a different home November if 2024 and was excited!

They trusted me with the sale of their current home to secure this new forever home for them! We sold that in a jiff setting a community record.

But their new house turned out to not be ready and it wasn't ready even a year later November 2025! We terminated with a broken heart!

So .... we shifted gears and the house that the universe had for them was a DIAMOND. She checked all the boxes and even more than they dreamed!

We have all seen the image of good asking you for a small teddy bear to give you a bigger one, and the child feeling unsure about everything but wow what a price.... we scored the big teddy!

Sometimes words cannot express the blessing of being part of this milestone with families.

A chapter that involves grit, resilience, consistency, trust, commitment, collaboration, understanding, communication, demanding while being emotional because its an investment that you will sleep and host loved ones in.

This story started over a year ago for this family, the merging of generations and watching it transform and become what God best had planned was riveting.
