As Realtors, we get asked these two questions frequently. Is it a good time to buy a house? Is it a good time to sell my house?

Everyone is constantly being fed information in the news about the housing market. As a local expert for Katy/Houston and surrounding areas, I am here to tell you that no one knows what the feds will do for sure with rates. There are predictions, but no one has a crystal ball with answers. Second thing is housing prices in this area will continue to rise year over year. We are not a market that is seeing a decline in home prices whatsoever.

Don’t follow national news when it comes to real estate. They base their information on an average across the U.S. The best time to purchase is when you can afford to. Do not wait for a better deal, lower price or lower rate. You will drive yourself crazy and end up with the short end of the stick. Best solution is when you can afford to buy a home then buy a home. When you are ready to sell your home, then let’s sell your home. It is the right time. We will always get you the highest amount we can when we sell your home for you. And with buying, you can always refinance when rates go down.

It wasn’t about Taylor Swift being at the game.

It wasn’t about Usher’s halftime show.

It was about this guy.

Its truly wmssing what this guy has accomplished

When he was in high school, some college coaches said he was below average in height, his arm strength & accuracy were “meh.”

He was dead last in the NFL draft getting dubbed “Mr. Irrelevant.”

He is the lowest paid NFL quarterback.

Last year, he took his team to the NFC championship (which they probably would’ve won had he not gotten hurt).

This year, he’s playing in the Super Bowl.

THIS IS WHY you never let anyone define you.

THIS IS WHY you never give up.

THIS IS WHY when God is for us, no one can be against us.

Thank you, Brock for being a role model - not with your words - but with your actions.

Thank you for showing all of us that others’ opinions are just noise.
