I obtained my Real Estate License in 2007 allowing me to add the title of "Designated Supervisor" for a Large Real Estate Firm in

the Katy, Texas area. After many years of helping other Real Estate Professionals obtain their goals and grow their business, I have decided to pursue my passion to become a full time Real Estate Agent and use my vast experience to assist Buyers and Sellers with all of their Real Estate needs. I grew up in the Spring Branch Area where I attended and graduated from Spring Branch ISD. We moved to Katy, Texas in 1986 and have called Katy home for almost 30 years. My husband and I have been married for 25 years and we have two children, Amanda and Matthew. I have been very blessed with a solid foundation of support from my family, friends and fellow agents and I am thrilled to be starting this next chapter in my Real Estate Career! I am a firm believer in giving back and am particularly passionate about Autism Awareness. My son, Matthew has High Functioning Autism. Through him, and the incredible group of parents and professionals who have been touched by Autism and Aspergers, I have learned so much about the importance of acceptance and awareness that is so desperately needed for all who have different abilities. There is nothing Matthew, and others with different abilities, cannot achieve with the right support and encouragement. I am certain that Keller Williams Signature Realty, along with their Belief System which begins with "God, Family, then Business" is the perfect fit for me to continue this next chapter in my Real Estate Career.

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have sharply increased their mortgage-backed securities holdings, a move that could help push mortgage rates lower.

Since May, the two have added more than $55 billion in mortgage balances, up over 30%, bringing combined holdings to $234 billion, the highest level in four years. Analysts told Bloomberg the total could grow by another $100 billion next year.

Officials have offered no explanation, fueling speculation the buildup could be tied to a potential public stock offering or an effort to help lower mortgage rates.
