Every closing tells a unique story. Whether it’s purchasing a place to build new memories or saying goodbye to a home filled with cherished ones, each journey is meaningful in its own way.

This one is especially close to my heart.

A past client who has become a dear friend reached out and asked if I would help his son find his first home. As it turns out, this young man attended high school with my Julia, so I already knew of him. Over the past few months, I had the privilege of getting to know him better, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. He is thoughtful, kind, responsible, and remarkably mature beyond his years.

We found the home he truly loved, but in a competitive multiple-offer situation, our offer wasn’t accepted. It was disappointing, but sometimes life has a beautiful way of reminding us that what’s meant for us will find its way.

When the opportunity unexpectedly came back around, we were given a second chance. This time, we secured the home—$10,000 below the asking price, along with additional seller concessions.

I couldn’t be happier or more proud of this incredible young man. Becoming a homeowner at such a young age is an extraordinary milestone. Thank you for allowing me to be part of this special chapter in your life. Your trust, patience, and confidence in me mean more than you know. What a wonderful event at Sienna Bloom in Missouri City, hosted by Johnson Development!

It was a pleasure touring the 14 new model homes, connecting with builder partners, and seeing firsthand everything this beautiful community has to offer. The event was thoughtfully organized and every home showcased unique designs to fit a variety of lifestyles and budgets. It was also wonderful seeing colleagues and making new acquaintances. My model-house hopping companion is a doctor at St. Luke AND a Realtor. Told her I am in good hand in the event I pass out from the heat 😅
