Another closing in the books, and this one was a fun one from day one!

From the moment I met these guys, I think we spent more time talking football than we did real estate. 😂🏈 What started as a client relationship quickly felt more like catching up with old friends.

Today we got to celebrate Big Dog’s new chapter as he officially closes on his beautiful new home and gets to move out to the suburbs to be closer to his son and grandkids. There’s something special about finding a home that puts you closer to the people who matter most.

While I’m excited for what’s ahead for him, I’m a little sad to see this journey come to an end. It has truly been an honor to represent you and help you through this process.

Yesterday’s closing was about so much more than handing over keys.

At the beginning of the year, I met Daisy and her mom at an open house. Daisy shared a dream with me, not for herself, but for her mother. She wanted a home where she could care for her, love her well, and give her a place to feel safe and secure. The problem was, she wasn’t sure homeownership was even possible.

Over the months that followed, I watched Daisy work harder than most people ever realize. There were obstacles, setbacks, moments of uncertainty, and plenty of reasons she could have given up. But she didn’t. She kept showing up, kept believing, and kept taking the next step forward.

Yesterday, I had the privilege of watching her sign the papers and receive the keys to the home she worked so hard for.

One of my favorite things about real estate is that every closing has a story. Some stories stay with you longer than others. Daisy’s is one I won’t forget.

It reminded me that God’s timing is perfect, His plans are bigger than our fears, and sometimes the dreams He places on our hearts aren’t just for us, they’re for the people we love most.

Daisy, thank you for allowing me to be part of your journey. Your love for your mom, your determination, and your faith through the process were inspiring to witness. This home is more than a house; it’s the answer to countless prayers, a fresh start, and a testament to what can happen when faith meets perseverance.

Some transactions are easy.

Some transactions remind you why perseverance is a virtue.

This one came to me as a referral from a friend, and from our very first conversation my seller knew exactly what he wanted. Four days after hitting the market we received an offer, but it wasn’t the right one. Instead of jumping at the first opportunity, he stayed patient, trusted the process, and waited for the right buyer.

Today, that patience paid off. We’re officially under contract! 🎉

I’ll be honest, this transaction has challenged me in ways I didn’t expect. It has tested my negotiation skills and my communication skills.

But that’s one of the things I love most about real estate. Every client, every transaction, and every challenge teaches me something new and makes me a better agent.
