Three years ago, I received a referral from someone in my small hometown, and that introduction led me to an incredible family. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of helping them purchase a condo (that condo is now listed for sale at the moment), sell their beautiful home on acreage in Adkins,TX, purchase the perfect piece of land here in the Greater Houston area, and now… watch their dream home come to life from the ground up.

Building a custom home from the ground up is laborious. I was honored to help guide my clients through every step of this journey—from locating the right homesite, finding and selecting a custom home builder, choosing the floor plan that fit their family’s needs, and watching an empty piece of land transform from blueprints into the beautiful custom home it is today.

Walking through this finished home was a true full-circle moment. I still remember standing on that tree-filled lot, imagining what it could become. Today, it’s a place where new memories will be made for years to come.
