Movement and Health Event

Residents learned healthy living tips from a professional physical therapist, including the importance of hydration, healthy eating, stretching, and daily movement. Everyone enjoyed fun activities, dance exercises, and a raffle giveaway. It was a great opportunity to learn simple ways to stay healthy and active.

Todos disfrutaron actividades divertidas, ejercicios de baile y una rifa de premios. Fue una gran oportunidad para aprender maneras sencillas de mantenerse saludables y activos.

We had a wonderful time celebrating all the amazing moms in our community! Moms enjoyed fun activities, exciting prizes, delicious treats, and received a beautiful vase of flowers as a special gift. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this celebration so memorable.

April was full of fun, laughter, and community spirit! Our Easter Fun Day brought smiles to families as neighbors enjoyed games, food, treats, and time together, while Lotería Night was filled with excitement, friendly competition, and lots of laughter. It was great to see everyone come together, connect, and create memorable moments as a community!

¡Abril estuvo lleno de diversión, risas y espíritu comunitario! Nuestro Día de Diversión de Pascua llenó de sonrisas a las familias mientras los vecinos disfrutaban de juegos, dulces y tiempo juntos. Por otro lado, la Noche de Lotería estuvo llena de emoción, competencia amistosa y muchas risas. ¡Fue maravilloso ver a todos reunirse, conectarse y crear momentos inolvidables como comunidad!

Congratulations to Titan for being our March Pet of the Month.

We stopped by to deliver Titan’s prize, and at first he was very protective. But once he realized we brought him something special, his mood changed quickly and he became excited and happy.

Stretch, Move, Relax Workshop was a fun and practical event where we shared simple exercises you can do at home. We also had some friendly competition, with prizes for the winners. We gave out some great giveaways to participants, and our very own Sandra, a professional therapist, shared helpful information and resources on how to take care of your health. At the end, we learned and practiced techniques that benefit the mind, body, and soul. Thank you to Knightvest and the Vineyards staff team for their support. It was also great to see some new faces!
