River in my area is at 55 feet. It looks like the 56 mark to crest is very likely. My family and I have been evacuated and have not been able to return home since Monday. Through it all we are blessed and when viewing the devastation and tragedies others in Houston and surrounding areas have faced and are facing, it is so very hard to feel relief. I know we are strong, I know we will survive, I know we are great because we lean on each other, and most of all I know we would not have made it without God's grace. We continue to pray, we continue to rejoice for we know we have a long way to go still and we must continue to pray that we stay together and not grow weary in the days ahead. We thank God and praise him through all things. Be safe Houston, Rockport, Corpus Christi, Wharton, Beaumont, Port Author, everyone, we made it and by God's continued grace we will stay blessed.
