You need a complete understanding and thorough knowledge of the property you are about to purchase. Our inspections include mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, roof and foundation evaluations. Pool, septic, and well inspections, along with wood-destroying insect reports can be performed for an additional fee. For new home construction, we offer our 3 phase inspections:

- Pre-Pour Founda

- Framing/Pre-Drywall Inspection- prior to sheet rock being put up
- Final Phase/Pre-Closing Inspection- Complete Texas Real Estate Commission (TREQ) inspection, when the whole project is finished. Each comprehensive Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) report is furnished to our clients with full color photos to back up our findings. And that’s not all, we perform 1 year home warrant inspections during the 11th month of occupancy for new home owners. This report, completed before the builder’s one year warranty expires, has literally saved homeowners thousands of dollars in repairs—at the time of service and down the road.
