A proposal that could have eliminated TWIA coverage for non-owner-occupied homes was recently put on the table and it was a change that could have made owning and investing in Texas real estate even more difficult and expensive.

Texas REALTORS® spoke up. Local REALTORS®, associations, legislators and others joined the conversation and the proposal was ultimately STOPPED.
