Allow me to reintroduce myself. Two years ago today, I became a real estate professional. The Lord positioned me for this, for assignment.
This business was never just about transactions. It’s about walking in the assignment to redeem the land and taking everything I’ve learned from what the Lord has given me: my life, my military experience, and founding a couple businesses into an industry that too often confuse hustle with strategy.
In two years, I’ve had the honor to advise the following:
+ A business founder relocate from downtown Houston and establish in another local area she was looking to expand in.
+ An investor looking to add to his portfolio.
+ A Soldier retiring after 30 years of service relocate from Hawaii to Texas without stepping foot in Texas during the purchase process. All logistics covered.
+ A seller executing a trust estate sale while living in a different city four hours away. All logistics covered.
+ A Retired Soldier relocate from Colorado to Texas.
+ A couple sell their property as they downsize to prepare for retirement.
+ The same couple as above relocate to their interim home.
+ Plus, a host of other real estate conversations that individuals gleaned from beyond a transaction.
As I enter into my third year in this industry, I’m grateful for every lesson learned. Statistically speaking, roughly 75% of agents fall off in year one and roughly 80% don’t renew their license at the end of year two. I’m grateful to still be standing. I’m confident in advising those looking to both buy and sell, land and homes. I’m looking forward to working with builders and developers.
